Gratitude

One of those days,

when my brain spiraled into so many memories,

the memories of being uplifted back

into the running waters of life,

all those people who brought me back on my feet

sometimes through words

and sometimes through hugs

sometimes that gentle smile and a simple glimmer in the eye

showing me the uniqueness of my being

and that there was no other way

except to be me!

grateful to all you beautiful souls,

my personal voices from the universe

Scaling Heart

Sometimes I feel

Scales growing on my heart

it hurts, it aches

and then i Scream,

with all I've got

and I realise

all I have is a

broken heart!

the Cactaceae

I live in a desert

deserted from the world

hot winds, sand dunes 

and an endless lifeless expanse around me...

Yet I never leave my jest for self-love,

I fill myself up with treasures,

I save up for all the weathers,

Usually I live alone,

and I like to keep it that way,

so i made for myself a few thorns.... 

they protect me from the world, 

from being beaten, from being eaten

but sometimes they also hurt 

someone i dont intend to...

i love you too, but this is who i am

love me with my thorns, 

and you will find within 

a treasure .

My Space!

Both of us loved that space, you know that little distance between two people! But somehow, we could never keep it. We were one when we were together, the entire world held no meaning...

the depth of an Ocean

when we cross over the ocean in a boat, thinking we have supported ourselves on aerodynamically engineered logs of wood, and to get that feeling of power , some power enough to have defeated the ocean and conquered our way through it.

the truth still remains the same, it was the ocean supporting us all along, the logs of wood did give an illusion of power.

i repeat “nothing is soft as water but who can stand the raging flood” 

In our lives we encounter so many souls, some stay right in front of us, where as some end up creating a massive support system around us, they just keep us in an illusion that they are the ones who have conquered us, actually they were the ones carving path we are travelling upon...

depth of an Ocean and these people is mysteriously obvious, it is just for the mind to conceive this law of unconditional love.
