I’m halfway through my freshman year of high school and I’ve finally gotten (more or less) enough confidence to express myself more, which for me is very important through my appearance. I’m planning on making the change during winter break and am going to buy clothes/accessories to dress scenecore.
Right now I’d say I have a very basic girl style that I feel like is too bland for my liking, and I’m mostly into K-pop/K-rock, indie music, and a bit of electronic/hyperpop, like Stray kids, Nmixx, AKUGETSU, Beabadoobee, Imogen Heap, Rebzyyx, MEMI, Paramore, Pierce the veil, Stxlkin, and Cascada though I am trying to listen to more scene music so recommendations are highly appreciated!!
Please give some advice on how to start styling, what type of items to buy + where some good places are, and things I should know overall!! :3 I’m unfortunately not really allowed to do much to my hair, but I’m 100% planning on buying a black and blue wig to style how I want my hair
(I’m not up to debate the validity of scenecore, but I’ll gladly hear about its background and that sort of thing)
