Styling Dump: September 27, 2023

Was doing a styling based on a random prompt generator and decided to use Hephaes' heart bloom ring. I was also messing with the stacking glitch and the flame effect on Nikki's face from the ring disappeared and I got this awesome glitch where only the (I assume) base texture appears, so it looks like gold instead!

Unfortunately, the glitch doesn't transfer to photo studio and the flame effect on Nikki's face comes back. :(

Styling Dump: April 29, 2023

This is based off of my home screen Nikki (right without the stacked hair). I imagined three character development arcs for my dark angel Nikki’s appearance and outfit. X)

Styling Dump: April 24, 2023

These are just my mini stylings to test out the stacking glitch and the properties of stacking dyed hair with other dyed hair. All hair pictured were dyed and not in their original color.

As you can observe in picture 1 and 2, two hairs were used and they are exactly the same color; The color is based off of the uppermost/latest layer of the hair stack (since there is only one hair that is stacked on top of the base hair, that would be the second hair, or second layer, in this case). For context and clarification, the dyed color of base hair, or first layer, was originally yellow.

However, in picture 3, 4, 5, and 6, which by the way two hairs were also used, you can see that there are some streaks of hair that are not dark brown, but instead a sort of light red-brown hair; Those streaks are actually the color of the base hair. Some stacked hairs that are not the uppermost layer may not be able to be fully recolored to the hair color of the uppermost hair layer. It’s not really known why, but it’s more likely just because glitch shenanigans. Depending on how the game glitches this, uncolored parts of the hair could look nice or cool.
