Ingredients: 250g tagliatelle pasta. 2 lobster tails, cooked and chopped. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 teaspoon saffron threads. 1 cup heavy cream. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish.
Instructions: Cook tagliatelle pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and saut until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add chopped lobster tails to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, until heated through. Meanwhile, dissolve saffron threads in a tablespoon of warm water. Pour the saffron-infused water into the skillet with the lobster. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste. Add cooked tagliatelle to the skillet and toss until well coated in the sauce. Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
