Delicious and juicy grilled pork chops glazed with a sweet and savory honey-garlic marinade. Perfect for a barbecue or a quick and tasty weeknight dinner.
Ingredients: 4 bone-in pork chops. 1/4 cup honey. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 teaspoon paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. Chopped fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Add soy sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper to a small bowl. Use a whisk to mix the ingredients together. Spread the honey-garlic mix on each pork chop's two sides. Put the pork chops on a grill that has already been heated up. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145F 63C. While the pork chops are on the grill, baste them with the honey-garlic mix. Just take the pork chops off the grill when they're done and let them rest for a while. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley. Enjoy the Honey-Garlic Pork Chops while they're still hot!
