I've been getting youtube shorts recently from 2b2t players doing cool stuff with the expectation (and desire) that it will be griefed and that's actually one of the most lovely things in Minecraft I've ever seen. Anyway I know you like 2b2t and wish it got more recognition for what it is instead of the fearmonging and so I thought maybe you'd like to know that there are people out there sharing the love for it too and the audience is super receptive.

yeah i fucking love 2b2t. people do everything knowing itll be gone one day. thats what we do even outside of 2b2t. we make things knowing one day they'll be gone. there is something so so so special about 2b2t that just doesn't happen on many other servers

i was a bit worried that the reception would be mixed at best, because i haven't written in ages (especially not at this length — what do you mean ch1 on its own is nearly 3.4k words???) and i'm sure there's some awkwardness and mistakes in my writing (and. hell. its fanfic, people tend to treat fanfic writers worse than fan artists), but i really appreciate all the compliments i've gotten :']

I had a world I shared with my sibling and one time they logged on and their house was on fire. I hadn't done it, but she immediately accused me. Because I hadn't done it and they hadn't done it. So, I concluded, it had to have been Herobrine.

My sibling still thinks I lied to make them stop being mad but I actually did wholeheatedly believe it was Herobrine.

Now, obviously, I know it was lightning. But I was 9 years old and barely online. So Herobrine was real to me and lightning was not.

the thought process everyone has as kids always fascinates me. herobrine was always blamed for everything going wrong.... maybe it was popbob that set your sibling's house on fire /ref
