Vegas is scared shitless. His previous experiences "submitting"weren't great. Pete wipes his tears. Tells him he is not alone, everything is gonna be ok. Starts praising him like no one has ever done before. Starts worshiping his body. Something in Vegas breaks and he lets go of control he was trying to keep all this time. He begs for more. Later in the bathtub they talk about it. Vegas realizes he wants to submit more often. Pete is capable of giving it to him. Pete never judged him. Pete never felt disappointed that Vegas wasn't able to dom him.
