THE MEADOWS FAMILY: ever since he was little or rather, since he was about 12 years old. all aiden has ever known is him, his mother, and his brother. his father was a multimillionaire who not only invested in oil but later on in his life also put investment in chase & co. due to his unfailthfulness ( that caused the birth of his little brother, who is almost the same age as him ) and alcoholism, anna williams filed for divorce and requested equitable distribution of all assets within their company and whatever was invested in chase & co. she was granted this in the settlement and the & co part of chase & co then belonged to peter williams and anna williams, all parts equally distrubuted between the both of them – something that the chase family didn’t see a need to argue or put themselves in. peter passed away of alcoholism and parts went to anna williams – and his half brother’s mother – who then transferred those assets to a young aiden’s account which would become fully of use when he was eighteen. as soon as aiden reached 18, he put the money into a saving account, now doubling his inheritance, and opening up the purple turtle and pretty much caring little to nothing about the co part in chase & co – unless they really need him.
ABOUT AIDEN MEADOWS: the oldest of two. an adventurer. uses crude language and highly inappropriate does not care if there’s kids around – you should already know not to bring them around him (shout out to matthew for bringing his niece around him – you’re doing a hell of a fucking job). he is a free climber who is often misunderstood because of the way he carries himself.
aiden changed his last name to meadows, his mothers last name to have no connection with his father whatsoever.
highly educated for someone who doesn’t present himself that way.went to prep school and in that his favorite subjects were english and earth science. he is fluent in french, italian and spanish. emmeline calls him an animal regardless, more so because he behaves like such.
he went to school in notre dame and graduated with a major in earth science and geology.
he loves to free climb and has been doing it ever since. literally has no regard for danger.
loves his bar but once he sees people getting to drunk, he won’t hesitate to call someone a cab home and will kick you out. he does not let anyone drive drunk – especially if you’ ve been drinking at the purple turtle. he says it’s not because he fucking cares for these fucking idiots but because he cares for his fucking bar. no one’s getting him fucking sued.
actually really cares, a feminist, nice guy until you piss him off. curses at you whether he likes you or not, that’s the way he emotes. has the biggest heart, okay? his bad reputation is due to the fact that he just always seems pissy and basically broody.
his best friend is his dog, jax, and beckett kinsley and he loves them both v. much but also will never admit it to beckett because fuck that shit. he’d rather die than make that fuckers head bigger.
matthew williams is his younger brother, when they were younger, they used to butt heads and be against each other because finding out about one another literally changed their lives; however, as they grew older, they realized that they were holding grudges against one another that wasn’t their fault but their parents fault. the relationship grew strong and now the only issue is matthews alcoholism for which aiden, is trying to get him to quit.
