Positive.
It’s important to speak positively. It’s important to use your words and thoughts to project a positive lifestyle for yourself, to protect yourself by ensuring that you attract positivity.
Our words and thoughts are frequency. It is a scientific fact. So what you think has an effect on what you see and what you feel.
The next time you call yourself ugly or worthless, the next time you think that everything is horrible and will never get better, rethink. There’s no reason to be upset with yourself for having those thoughts or saying those things, because it’s natural. We’re going to have moments where we succumb to whatever negativity we may be feeling and let it take over us. It happens. The key is to reverse it. Take back what you said or thought and replace it with something positive, uplifting, and enlightening. Do this with conviction for a consistent amount of time and you’ll notice a difference.
This kind of behavior isn’t inaccessible to you. I know sometimes things are going so “badly” (I use quotation marks because the thing that’s happening isn’t bad, it just is) that you think being positive is not realistic. But all you have to do is take the negative thought you had and reverse it. Say the opposite. At first you may not mean it, but it’s working (just like how holding crystals in your pocket without knowing they’re there has an effect on you). Or, if reversing the negative things you say and think is too much for you, just remain neutral. Instead of declaring a situation hopeless, just say “This situation is.” Instead of calling yourself useless, just say “I am.” Practice this for as long as you need to.
I want us all to be happy. Seriously. I think I was put on this Earth, along with a lot of you, to help raise the vibration of this planet and the people on it. I think that unity and love and awakening seems too Utopian to be attainable only because a lot of the time we’re in a negative space. If we were helping each other emit more positive vibes more often, we would realize how easily we can start to love again.
Positivity doesn’t just start and end with what you say/think. The music you listen to has a huge effect as well. Listen to music that uplifts you, that puts you in a good mood. Wear brighter colors, and put those colors in your room. Be around people who want to work on this project of positivity with you as well.
The point is to surround yourself with sounds, colors, images, and people who help you turn your outlook into something positive. I don’t mean you have to be one of those people who’s happy 24/7 and pretends that they never want to punch a hole through a wall, but I mean punch a hole through a wall without putting bad vibes out there. I hope you get it.
