When I feel super low, I usually engage in self-inquiry to dig out the reasons why I feel this way. They could be past trauma or limiting beliefs that I need to release, thought patterns that I need to shift, or signs that I need to change certain aspects of my physical life.
However, there are also days when it is perfectly normal to feel a bit low. In fact, happy days and low days coexist in order to provide contrast in life, and they can both serve as guides. So it is not necessarily that "low days = bad" and "happy days = good". It very much depends on your perspective, and how you choose to use those experiences.
