Healing is about unlearning
Unlearning the limiting and harmful beliefs we have absorbed throughout our lives.
Unlearning our self-sabotaging habits.
Unlearning the fight-or-flight responses we developed because of past trauma, because we are safe now.
Fate / destiny is a scam. I wish people would stop spending years complaining that they're stuck on their "karmic paths", and "suffering is virtue", because "GFLStarseed1111 said so", or some such trash. People should search for something to do to change or cope properly with their unwanted situation, as is possible. Life is not improved in a series of, "wahhhh, adulting is hard, so let's listen to channellers and be complacent, and conformist and go broke", spirals.
The irony of me complaining about people complaining is a bit funny though, so I'm owning it.
