SPENCER: I want you to do something for me.

SPENCER: I want you to make a list of all the ways that you can serve me. Whether it's something we did/do or not. Then I want you to put an asterisk next to the things you really like doing for me, and cross out the things you don't really like as much. I want you to focus on nonsexual service this time.
