I’m here to let you know that some changes have been made to the blog. The biggest ones are to the theme, the icon, and the mobile backdrop. While the theme is finished, the icon and backdrop are still a work in progress. We also plan to add a carrd shortly so that all of the links can be accessed from mobile. With that out of the way, I’d like to do an overall update and explanation about why this blog has been so barren. Its going to be a bit long, so I’m going to continue under the read more and also do a td;lr at the end for those that need it or want it.
So if you’ve been with us for awhile, you know that things have been off and on for awhile. Our description once said that we were in college, but that’s no longer the case! We graduated thankfully and were on our way to working and doing better! Then...a lot happened. Mod Ernest left due to personal reasons that we aren’t comfortable with discussing and will not be returning to this blog. However, we, mod diamond, damien, etc, are still here. I’m honestly not sure if we’ve mentioned before, but we’re a system call the hell system.
Anyway, after the issues with Mod Ernest, we were trying very hard to get back into the swing of things with work, home, and trying to update the blog more. It didn’t really work at the time. Then, of course, covid hit. We’ve been out of a job for awhile now and were having to put all of our time, energy, and efforts into trying to get one again. Finally, we have a much better setup, a job, and are starting to even get more energy. We genuinely plan to try to run this blog again. At some point in the future, mod applications will be held and will be done properly this time.
TD;LR: We were busy with college, then work, then Mod Ernest left because of personal issues, and then covid hit. We had to focus on finding a job, finally did so, and are now working on getting things back on track.
