This girl made the head hunt games, half to get heads, and half to watch everyone tear each other apart. She jokingly threatens to break peoples legs. Plus is S6, she made her own version of the cabin in the woods. In another season she summoned Cthulhu. Her S7 zoo specifically has people getting attacked and even a hidden dead body. Cleo wants blood, and holds one hell of a grudge.
While a ghost also would have probably fit too- I thought that that would better visually go with Jevin and naturally compliment and contrast his personality.
With Cleo, she can use the tendrils to say pick stuff up and make things (akin to her armor stands). Plus, bleeders are usually seen as pests, similar to how zombies are seen in minecraft. Cleo, however is much smarter than both averages, to say the least.
