E-edition errors 6/3/15

We've been getting reports that customers are receiving a "Server Error in '/' Application" when trying to login to SFChronicle.com and accessing the e-edition. We are aware of the issue and are working on getting this resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you would like to report this to us, or report any other issues regarding our digital products, feel free! Please always let us know what product you are using, if you are logging in, what browser you are using, what the error is , and at what page the error comes up at. The more information the better for us to report it and fix it.

Delay with subscriptions ordered online

If you ordered a subscription online after 4/26/15, your order has not yet been processed. We apologize for this delay. We are experiencing technical difficulties and hope to have this resolved soon. Our expectation is that you will start receiving the paper by Sunday 5/3.

FYI: Special Thanksgiving Redelivery Times

Thursday 11/27 is Thanksgiving! We are having special redelivery times. Instead of the normal Thursday redelivery times of 6:30am to 9:30am, we have changed the times to 7:30am to 10:30am.
