So I told my mom about my idea of me flying to Colorado within the next year to visit Chanelle and I asked her how she felt about it and didn't seem to mind. :)

She told me to ask her again when I have the money.  Guys, it's really starting to look like I'll get to spend a week in Colorado after all!!!

pretty much what it said was I found out that a roundtrip ticket from austin to denver would only be about $317. so i might be able to fly up there and visit either over the summer or winter break.
