Noooo don't leave me!
But I want to be able to afford an apartment. I want an apartment that will take dogs without bankrupting me. I want to be able to hang out with one of my best friends without always trying to find the one day a month our days off sync up. I want to live in the city I love. I want to be able to wear dresses and skirts without stupid cardigans. I want to not be cold all the time. I want people to stop pointing out I’m “sooo L.A.” because it’s also pointing out how I very much do not belong. I want to be closer to my family again. I want to not feel burned out and miserable because I emphatically hate where I live?

Let me know if Sharp Objects is a good read.
Pretty good so far. I only read through half of it, really like Flynn's style though. It's not quite as taut as Gone Girl, but I've heard Dark Places is better than Sharp Objects.
