The only really unfortunate thing about my new apartment in Brooklyn is that it’s about 20 minutes more on the subway than my last apartment.  Anyone who has ever been at the mercy of the MTA knows this usually means more like 30+ min. On the plus side, more time to read. Think about it - almost 1.5 hours a day, 5 days (at least) a week.
