(( She isn't sure if he really murdered anyone, but she genuinely thinks that IF he did, he had a good reason for it. She doesn't think he's someone who does anything just for the hell of it. There has to be some sort of reason, maybe even a logical one.

She doesn't think he's as bad of a person as he insists he is (though that's based on how well he cares for his Pokemon which isn't the best way to judge someone's kindness, oh well) ))
