Full new years resolution and goals list for 2015
cut back on the soda, 1 a week is plenty but I want to stop drinking them all together eventually.
DRINK MY WATER, I have a 64oz bottle I need to use much more
cut back the fast food too because I've been eating out way too much crap lately. I can cook for cheaper and it's much healthier and better tasting but I won't be made if I eat a meal out here or there.
take my vitamins everyday
aim for 3-4 workouts a week for at least 30 minutes
try out a yoga class and do some at home practice
stop being so scared and negative, everyone makes mistakes but that's no reason to be scared to ever try again.
start saving money for a house and second car.
My big goals this year are
work on losing the baby weight gained, I would like to be 150lbs by the end of the year just because it is healthier then the 195lbs I'm at now.
study for my personal training certification and take the exam in December.
This one is a fast approaching goal but by April I want to have lost at least 10lbs or some body fat so I can get a better health score at my gym. My score applies to my husbands insurance so the better I score the lower the cost, my score last year was a 66% due mostly to my body fat so this year I would love to score a 75 or higher.
