Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs. 8 slices of bacon. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/4 teaspoon paprika. 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme. 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary. 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano.
Instructions: Set the oven temperature to 375F 190C. Combine the salt, black pepper, paprika, dried thyme, dried rosemary, and dried oregano in a small bowl. Apply the spice mixture to the chicken thighs on both sides. Garnish each chicken thigh with two bacon slices, securing with toothpicks if necessary. Arrange the chicken thighs wrapped in bacon on a wire rack or a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in a preheated oven, or until the bacon is crispy and the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165F 74C. Before serving, take out any toothpicks, if using any.
