Super Saturday, sweet loves. “I always trust the Universe and know I am being guided”. Is this true for you? Is it ALWAYS true for you? Lately I’ve been thinking about this statement. I’d say it’s “mostly” true for me. I do trust the Universe and that I’m being guided, but a piece I wrestle with (and maybe this is true for you) is that I don’t always find the serenity in the knowledge. I fuss and fight and do and bang my head against the proverbial wall to “find my way”. Maybe, just for today, I’d invite you to join me in finding, intentionally settling in to the serenity of the incredible peace that inside each of us is a quiet space of knowing. Name it what you wish, just follow your breathe in and in to the serene place of peace and knowing. Breathe deeply. You are held. You matter so much more than you know. Let your heart be it’s most serene, succulent, alive self.
