Ya know what, im completely satisfied with this new years celebration. I didnt see too many fireworks, but i did see people with a spirit of adventure in their eyes. I saw my neighbors come together when they couldnt be with their families, and together we laughed, and sang, an squawked at one and other. My mom, and our neighbor miss Monica took me for a walk to a lonely lake and we sat there for a while in the freezing wind, enjoying the snow in our face until our fingers were numb. We slipped and slid all the way back home, waving our arms at passing cars just so they would know we were there. Tonight was tonight and tonight was bright.
