Character solidifying!11. How do they see themselves: as smart, as intelligent, uneducated?
As uncharacteristically vain it is, Snow White knows she is incredibly intelligent and isn't afraid to point it out to others; most of the time this is due to the fact that a lot of people tend to mistake her for being simply a pretty face until she says or does something that surprises them with her cleverness.
Another important factor to her recognition of this is the entire court -- people do not tend to survive in the royal court unless they can keep their wits about them and remain observant of the actions and words of others because people are always clawing for a chance to get closer to the monarch and therefore elevate their own status in society.
22. Who are their friends? Lovers? ‘Type’ or ‘ideal’ partner?
Of the few friends that Snow White has, the ones she cherishes most are her captain of the guard, Godfrey, as well as High Priestess Nemaine and Malvolio.
Godfrey, while generally paranoid about the Queen's safety, is someone that Snow White admires and values his opinion on most matters due to the fact that he provides a military insight to certain situations and therefore is an adviser on her personal council.
High Priestess Nemaine has been a loyal confidante to the crown for many years, have counselled King Kristoff, his first wife and Queen Genevieve before Snow White was coronated, after which she then became Snow White's adviser. She is someone that Snow White know she can talk to without fear of it being repeated, and Snow White has often sought out Nemaine at the temple in order to express her doubts of her own abilities at ruling as well as personal circumstances that would otherwise seem out of the ordinary. It is also Nemaine that helps treat Snow White's sleeping problems after her experience with Callista's apple.
Malvolio, whilst being a recent addition, has managed to gain Snow White's trust and most of Snow White's opinion on him is based on the fact that he treats her as a person, and not as a Princess, Queen or otherwise. Malvolio circumvents all the pomp and ceremony that all other members of the court engage in so they may earn the Queen's favor and instead provides unbiased observations.
In the past this list would have included Anthony, Rose Red and the Bear Prince, however they are all souls who have since passed out of her life through choice or fate. In Anthony's case, it was due to his belief that he had failed at protecting her and, convinced she was dead, left the kingdom after returning her body to the palace. In Rose Red's case, she was sent to the north shortly after their mother's death by King Kristoff and in the Bear Prince's case, he simply returned to his kingdom after being lifted from the spell the wicked dwarf had laid on him.
As for lovers, one of the most noted aspects of Snow White's life is the fact that she has loved Anthony since a young age, and the feelings she holds for him have yet to go away despite his disappearance and her marriage to Prince Aidan. He was someone that had been in Snow White's life since before she had become a royal, he knows her better than anybody save for her own sister and was the only reason she escaped Callista and the castle alive.
While she does admire Aidan, his negligence for her and focus on glory revelry leaves much to be desired about their relationship. While he did proved to be charming during their adolescent encounters, when the time drew nearer for them to be married he spent more time focused on activities such as hunting, jousting etc. than helping her get a handle on running the kingdom and helping her organize the wedding and speak to neighbouring kingdoms about alliances and ways to prevent war.
23. What do they want from a partner? What do they think and feel of sex?
What Snow White wants from a partner is someone she knows she can trust to help her when needed. Sometimes even the Queen needs somebody to lean on for the sake of her own sanity. If she can't trust them to be there for her, then the relationship will not work out.
Snow White frankly couldn't care less about any sexual aspects of a relationship, because a relationship is formed from mutual trust, understanding and respect.
