DVD and Audio Backups Ahoy!
Waiting for DVDs to convert to AVI as backups is a pain in the backside no matter what program I’m using to get it done, but well worth it for folks like me who like to collect physical media but want to preserve it and avoid damaging discs or cases. Not to mention running DVDs on a laptop means accessing menus is a tedious affair that I really don’t enjoy doing. Patience, as they say, is a virtue.
It turns out that ripping from AAX and converting from M4B to MP3 is much less time consuming despite there being a lot more typing involved.
I got a lot done today (and will be getting others done in the near future) and I’ll have them nestled safely in my Dropbox so that they don’t take up too much space on my laptop.
