*harrumphs* I'm thinking about doing a "week without sugar"
because I'm reaaallly sugar-addicted. I can't survive one day without snacks as in chocolate, liquorice, cookies,... ! And I feel very depending on sugar... like, when I'm in a bad mood, or when I watch something online, or when I try to write - it's always there with me <<" I'm not overweight and overall healthy, but it's beginning to worry me how much sugar I actually consume .____." I've also heard it ages your skin a lot, and since I'm already 25, it's slowly a matter for me :-(
So, I will at least *TRY* next week to go without sweets *grumbles*
Fortunately fruits and nuts are allowed (I know fruits contain sugar as well, but I won't exclude natural sugar <<) - and I love nuts hehe x3
So *sniffles* these will be the last 2 days with sugar *sniffles*
I've read that many sugar-addicts felt better after a while, could sleep better - their skin looked fresher, some of them even lost a few pounds...
It should feel good, yeah? I've been an addict for probably 13 years... *gasps*
This will be laughably hard, maybe almost impossible.
