I was out and about yesterday with friends, wearing my binder and a loose shirt with hiking pants. I wasn't aiming to pass, I was just more comfortable in my binder.

I accidentally dropped something unawares and a gentleman picked it up. He called me back with "Sir, you dropped something!" As I turned he added "Or Ma'am, sorry." I responded with a grin and "Whichever, I don't mind- and thanks."

The point is I got called Sir! It made me all the more happy that day.

Talking about the new Daft Punk with my sister...

Me: I gave myself a headache of emotions. It doesn't help I'm using speakers so the entire street can probably hear it.

Sister: It's too emotionally intense! Their voices!

Me: This has reaffirmed that they're some kind of supernatural godcreatures... I wonder if Monthu would mind me putting up some DP things on the shrine? [He'd probably be rather insulted and more then a bit pissed off.]

Sister: Why would He? Harmonies are a universal phenomenon, circulating literally through everything - to give a gift of music is such an amazing thing!

We overtake a white stationwagon which we realize is a hearse.
