"Are you trying to kill me? Because if so, you've succeeded." I laugh gently, pulling back, "You always make me feel so loved, it's an amazing feeling. We don't have to sleep just yet, we can just continue talking or something." I stare into his eyes, caressing his cheek and running my fingers through his hair. Leaning in and brushing our noses together, I snuggle up to him, "I love you too, Koushi, I've been waiting for this moment for a long time." ~Kiara

His face turned evenbrighter when you said that you love him too and he had to hold himself backfrom squeezing you in his arms. “Ah, you’re trying to kill me too, Kiara. That’sbad.” Sugawara chuckled, brushing your cheek with his fingers as he stared intoyour eyes. “You can’t blame me for making you feel loved though. You deserveevery bit of it because you’re brilliant.” Smiling, he pulled you against hischest and hummed, running his fingers through your hair. “We should sleepthough. I, for one, still have morning practice tomorrow. I promise I won’tdrag you out of bed when I wake up.”

Curiously placing my hand against his chest, I felt the rapid beating. Giggling slightly, I could feel my own heart beat pulsing quickly. "You can hug me whenever you want, in fact, I'd appreciate hugs daily," I laugh, snuggling against him. The rhythmic beating of his heart soothed me as I closed my eyes. I ran a hand through his hair, bringing it down and stroking his cheek. "Please don't ever let go of me," I whisper, my embrace tightening slightly. ~Kiara

Smiling softly at yourwords and actions, he kissed your forehead before leaning against your touch,finding your fingers against his skin soothing. “I won’t. That a promise I’mnot going to break.” He kissed your forehead again and left a trail of kissesalong your temple and down to your cheek, finishing it with a peck on yournose. “I love you.” After whispering those words, Sugawara held you closer and buriedhis nose in your hair, his face burning red in embarrassment. “How am I goingto sleep like this now? I just want to look at you.”

Covering my face and squealing, I laughed at my flustered state. Smiling uncontrollably, I looked at him and wrapped my arms around him, hugging Suga. "Did I not just say I liked you too?" I giggled, elated and also confused. This didn't seem real and I didn't want to let go. I had been waiting for this since we were in junior high. Closing my eyes, I sigh, "Thank you, I guess is what I want to say." I added, still not letting go. "Now let's go to sleep, I'm exhausted." I laugh at myself. ~Kiara

Sugawara nuzzled your hairand smiled, his hands moving up to brush your hair as he embraced you back.“Then that makes you my girlfriend now… I’m really happy. I’ve always wantedto confess to you, you know? But I didn’t know how to do it. I mean, it’s you,Kiara, and I don’t want to lose you no matter what. I’m very happy. I’ve alwayswanted to hug you whenever we sleep together.” Realizing that he started toramble, Sugawara giggled and blushed, pulling you against his chest. “There Igo again, rambling about you. I’m sorry if you don’t get to sleep right away.My heart’s really beating fast right now.”

My eyes widened in shock as he said that, my hands pressing against my face to cover it. Laughing quietly and unnaturally, I felt utterly embarrassed. "Are you sure, I'll let you take that back if you'd like." I say, not moving, "But that won't stop me from liking you, too, if you mean it of course. I mean, if you're genuine I am too? Am I even making sense anymore?" I push away from him slightly, laughing at myself to ease the awkward mood. ~Kiara

“I won’t take that back,silly.” Sugawara chuckled and held the hand you used to push him away, playinggently with your fingers as the blush on his face deepened. “Hey, Kiara, pleaselook at me. There’s no need to be embarrassed, is there? I want to see yourface.” He didn’t force you to do so, however, and sighed before speaking again.“If we like each other then… d-does that mean I can… date you? Will you letme?”

"Are you kidding, I'd never avoid you," I laugh slightly, smiling broadly at him, "And if you did tell me you liked me, well, I guess I'd, possibly, say I liked you back." My voice got higher as I said this sentence, looking away from him awkwardly, "But that's only if you tell me, otherwise I never said anything." With that I pressed my face into the pillow, trying to hide my face from him. Though I do move a little closer to him, wanting to at least feel his body heat. ~Kiara

His blush turned into abrighter shade of red at your admission and the way you moved your body closerto him had his heart racing in an unbelievable pace. Tentatively, he reached ahand to pull back strands of your hair to see at least a part of your face.“Kiara, please look at me.” Sugawara started brushing your hair as his gazesoftened. “I like you.” He moved closer to you, his breath fanning against yourcheeks. “Please tell me you like me too.”

Staring at him and feeling his hand in mine I frown slightly. Not sure what he meant, I crease my eyebrows. When my hand slips out of his, I listen and try to think of the right words. The missing warmth from his hand makes something in my body tense up, like I'm missing something vital. Without thinking I blurted out, "How do you feel about me?" I immediately had realized what I asked and opened my mouth to say something else, only to close it again, for I had nothing to say. ~Kiara

It took him a few secondsto comprehend your question, and even then, all Sugawara could do was stare atyou with wide eyes, not really knowing how to properly answer your questionwithout hurting you or himself. “How I… feel about you?” He repeated yourquestion and laughed sheepishly, a blush creeping along his cheeks. “You’reimportant to me, Kiara. Very important. I don’t know if I’ll be the same if Ihadn’t met you. And I, well…” Sugawara bit the inside of his cheek and staredat you intently. “If I told you that I like you, are you going to avoid me?”
