Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 2 tbsp sugar-free thousand island dressing. 1 tbsp diced pickles. Salt and pepper to taste. Lettuce leaves for serving.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375F 190C. In a bowl, mix together ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, diced pickles, salt, and pepper. Divide the mixture into mini muffin tin cups, pressing down to form cups. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through and browned. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Drizzle sugar-free thousand island dressing over each mini Big Mac bite. Serve on lettuce leaves. Enjoy!
