These Big Barbecue Bacon Burgers are a mouthwatering delight for bacon and burger lovers. Juicy beef patties, crispy bacon, and a tangy barbecue mayo sauce make these burgers a hit at any barbecue gathering.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 4 hamburger buns. 4 slices of bacon. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup barbecue sauce. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1/4 cup lettuce leaves. 1/4 cup sliced tomatoes. 1/4 cup sliced red onions. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Season each patty with salt and pepper. Place the bacon slices on the grill and cook until crispy, then remove and set aside. Grill the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt. While the burgers are cooking, toast the hamburger buns on the grill until they are lightly browned. In a small bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce and mayonnaise to create a special sauce for your burgers. To assemble the burgers, spread the barbecue mayo sauce on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Place a lettuce leaf on top of the sauce, followed by a burger patty with melted cheese. Add two slices of bacon on top of each patty, followed by tomato slices and red onion slices. Top each burger with the other half of the toasted bun. Serve the Big Barbecue Bacon Burgers hot with your favorite side dishes and enjoy!
