Research Log Three:
Do NOT stay exercising in the pool for longer than half an hour. At least when you’re just starting to be more active. Just don’t.. the soreness hits you much later… and I somehow didn’t consider that.
It was definitely an oversight… and I couldn’t do today’s research because of it. The calves and hamstrings are the worst so far. This is a good chance to see which muscles specifically are being worked though..
