⁞ɞ⁞ how they react to you crying — ft. Husband!Sukuna, Husband!Satoru, Husband!Toji & Husband!Suguru
Husband!Sukuna truly didn't know how to handle the situation. He walked in to dote on his wife like usual, and then pretended his heart didn't beat just for her—that was until his eyes had set on you. Tears running down your cheeks as you sobbed, hands scrambling on the floor like you were looking for something.
"Wife." He spoke, tone firm. His first reaction was to emanate a threatening aura and demand you tell him who hurt you, but as you slowly turned to look up at him, his eyes softened. He was by your side in no time, large hands cradling your face as he rubbed your cheeks. "Who shall I see to their end?" he whispered, earning a sob and an upward twitch of your lips.
"Kuna—sniffle—I lost my ring!" you cried out, looking at the floor. "I can't find it anywhere!" Your eyes were full of panic. Sukuna's eyes widened a little—was it all because of a ring? Then again, that was your wedding ring, something he had specifically had made for you. His lips brushed your forehead in an attempt to comfort you, as he gently took your hand in his.
"I see... I must help you find it then. You'll have to stop your crying, though." He mused, pressing soft kisses all over your face, which seemed to calm you down a little. "Do not worry, wife. We'll find it in no time, yes?" he said, giving you a small smile.
Next thing you know, the whole household was on the hunt for your ring. It didn't even take half the day to find it. Once it was back on your hand, you sniffled and smiled, relieved. Sukuna's hand gently patted your head. "Thank you, Kuna," you said, standing on your tiptoes to kiss his cheek. His eyes widened a little, hand finding your waist.
"I'll take another thank you." You scoffed at that.
"No free kisses." You stated, wrapping your arms around him. He smirked.
"Guess I'll make sure something else accidentally gets lost then."
Husband!Satoru immediately tried to figure out the issue as soon as he found you crying in your bed. "C'mon baby, what's wrong? Won't you tell me?" he asked, sitting down next to you and brushing his fingers against your cheek.
"I was watching my favorite show—ugh—and my favorite character died! Can you believe that?! It was so unfair!" you exclaimed, like it was the end of the world. Satoru's expression seemed to be of pure unadulterated flabbergast as he stared at you. Well, you'd always been a bit sensitive, his wife. Then, slowly, he produced a paper tissue from his jacket.
"It's okay baby, here, take this." He said, handing you the small tissue to dry your tears. It would have been fine, that was if it hadn't been Satoru. Your eyes set on the soft piece of paper—an image of SpongeBob, with sunglasses, and a text that said "Tough people don't cry." Your crying slowed down a fraction as you stared at the thing in your hands, your eyes trailing towards Satoru.
"What the fuck—" Before you could even process it, he produced another piece of paper. This time, a picture of Patrick the star, with the text "You're beautiful." "Pfft—What the hell, Toru?" you laughed, as he grinned.
"What? I have them for tough situations." He said, as if that were normal. As you dried your tears, he produced yet another paper towel. It had his face on it, and a text that said "I love you." You stared at it, before rubbing your temples. "... You're unbelievable."
He only smirked, kissing your cheek. "You love me for it though."
Husband!Toji just let you cry it out till you were ready to tell him what was wrong. As soon as he got home, finding you sniffling and sobbing on the couch, he simply sat and pulled you onto his lap. It was no use trying to get you to talk when you were still crying. "There we go, let it out, baby," he spoke while rubbing your back. His eyes were set on your face as you refused to speak. So be it, it wasn't like he didn't have all the time in the world.
"C'mon, why's my pretty girl crying?" You sniffled at that, nuzzling his neck as he held you.
"I can't find my charm anywhere..." you whispered, voice cracking. "I was so sure I had left it on the washing machine..." Oops.He had fucked up big time. He had gotten you that charm, but recently he had come home from work and had accidentally dirtied it with blood. No matter how much he washed it, somehow the blood wouldn't come off. He had planned to buy the same exact one so you wouldn't notice, but it appeared he had been way too slow.
"Your charm...huh..." He said, looking the other way guiltily. "S'alright baby, I'll make sure to find it for ya. Think you can hold on till then?" he asked, lips brushing your neck as you nodded slowly.
"Fine... how are you gonna find it?" you arched your eyebrow, to which he shook his head.
"Don't worry about it. I've got connections, my pretty wife," he chuckled.
"What do you even need those for in this scenario..." Well, for now, he just had to make sure you weren't crying anymore. He'd blame your cat for stealing and ruining the charm.
Husband!Suguru completely dismissed his "cult duties" as soon as a little bird told him his wife was crying. He was quick to find the room you were in, a soft smile on his lips as he approached you. "What's wrong?" he asked. "Got told my sweet wife was in tears." He crouched down, eyes raving over your figure and settling on the blood dripping from your knee and down your leg.
"Ugh...I just fell..." you mutter, tears streaming down from the pain. Your tone made it sound like you were trying to brush it off, which made Suguru sigh softly. You hissed as his hand brushed your knee, humming.
"Clumsy girl. Let me take a look," he smiled as he inspected the wound. He patched you up quite quickly before kissing the bandaged wound. You still seemed teary as you regarded him with flushed cheeks. "...Do you need your husband to dote on you, perhaps?" he mused, teasing as you promptly turned away.
"As if, I'm no kid." You scoffed, but he had already got you in his arms, lips brushing your cheeks and lips as he laughed.
"Yes, yes. Whatever you say, wife. I guess I'll do this for me then."
