injecting this song into my veins
And after everything you put me through
I should've fucking pissed on you
i may look happy, but honestly dear, the only way i'll really smile is if you cut me ear to ear.

BRING ME THE HORIZON · HEADERS. suicide season, 2008.
amo is out and receiving enormous amounts of hate. It is well beyond your right to decide whether or not you love, like or hate an album and whether you want to listen to it or not. What is absolutely unacceptable though, is to throw your hatred, disappointment and rage at these men, who worked their ass’s off to give this album to us, who channeled all their feelings and emotions into their music to create the album. A fan is someone who accepts their feelings towards an album, whether good or bad, and continues to support the band regardless of these feelings. Not someone who goes out of their way to shit on these amazing people.
TOP 15 BRING ME THE HORIZON SONGS as of 16 January 2019
15. The Comedown - Suicide Season (2008)
"I dug my grave so I'll die in it"
Though I like Bring Me The Horizon’s newer style better, I do appreciate their old heavier style. There were a few on this album I was debating between but I went with The Comedown because of the lyrics and also the progression of the song, it goes through a few different feelings and I really like that effect in a song.
14. It Never Ends - There Is A Hell, Believe Me I’ve Seen It. There Is a Heaven, Let’s Keep It A Secret. (2010)
"I've said it once, I've said it twice, I've said it a thousand fucking times, that I'm okay, that I'm fine, that it's all just in my mind"
There is a lot of layers to this song in terms of musical content, which I really appreciate. The chorus of this song is super memorable as well, relatable for some, catchy.
13. Antivist - Sempiternal (2013)
"Oh, give me a break you deluded, ill-informed, self-serving pricks, if you really believe in the words that you preach, get off your screens and up to the streets, there will be no peaceful revolution, no war without blood"
Probably one of my favorite albums of all time as of now, Sempiternal has a lot of messages and I think this song has really interesting lyrical content with the heaviness needed for the message.
12. Wonderful Life - Amo (2019)
"I feel numb now, is that a feeling? Like a plastic boxed orange with no peel on, I wanna waste, I wanna waste, I wanna waste away"
Though Amo is not released until January 25, I really loved every single Bring Me The Horizon has shown audiences from it. I have personally had this song on repeat since I first heard it. I like that it is a bit heavier than singles like Medicine, I think from what I’ve heard it will fit the album nicely. Also love the chorus of this song.
11. Can You Feel My Heart - Sempiternal (2013)
"I'm scared to get close, and I hate being alone"
The first track off of Sempiternal, this song is one I always can listen to. It has a great flow to me, plus I can relate to the lyrical content in this song.
10. Avalanche - That’s The Spirit (2015)
"Cut me open and tell me what's inside, diagnose me, 'cause I can't keep wonderin why, and no it's not a phase, cause it happens all the time, start over check again, now, tell me what you find"
Off of probably my favorite Bring Me The Horizon album, the track Avalanche is interesting, sounds upbeat but has heavy lyrical content, which is a theme for this album. Again, I really relate to a lot of the lyrics in the track, and the explosive chorus really gets to me.
9. Run - That’s The Spirit (2015)
"But through the silence, you will feel it burn"
The track right after Avalanche, Run is my number 9 pick. There is something about this song that hits me really deep, plus the drums are sick.
8. Medicine - Amo (2019)
"Cause I cut my teeth and bit my tongue till my mouth was dripping blood, but I never dished the dirt, just held my breath, while you dragged me through the mud"
Bring Me The Horizon’s most recent single Medicine really grew on me. The first time I heard the full song, I was very happily surprised. Again, another song that has been on repeat since I’ve heard it the first time, I think this is just a really well done, smart track.
7. Sleepwalking - Sempiternal (2013)
"My secrets are burning a hole through my heart and my bones catch a fever"
If I had to show someone one BMTH song to introduce them to the band, I think I would go with Sleepwalking. I think this track does a great job at kind of describing the band, it has really smart lyrical content, heavy but has a catchy chorus, we have the BMTH unique electronic pieces, I think this song is really great and one I always come back to.
6. Throne - That’s The Spirit (2015)
"I was an ocean, lost in the open, nothing could take the pain away"
My top six songs were honestly hard to rank. Throne is an awesome track, honestly I think anyone could listen to it and enjoy it in some way.
5. The House Of Wolves - Sempiternal (2013)
"And when you die the only kingdom you'll see is two foot wide and six foot deep"
The House Of Wolves was one of the first BMTH songs that I feel in love with. I still listen to this track with the same emotion as the first time I heard it. Though the lyrical content is pretty heavy, there is just something about this song that sucks me in, and come on the bridge is so good.
4. Shadow Moses - Sempiternal (2013)
"Secrets don't sleep till they're took to the grave"
I honestly don’t think I will ever get sick of this song. I probably have listened to it a thousand times, but every time when the full band kicks in after the intro I feel it. To me, I think this is one of BMTH’s best songs, it has so many layers, heavy in some spots, soft in others but it flows so so good together. I do not exaggerate when I say every time I hear this song I scream “THIS IS SEMPITERNAL”.
3. Mantra - Amo (2019)
"Close your eyes and listen carefully, imagine you're stood on a beach, water gently lapping at your feet, but now you're sinking, what were you thinking, that' all the time we have this week"
Again, a song from an album that has not been released yet. I had to, this song is so infectious. So so smart, I swear I did not start paying attention to song lyrics until I heard this song. It definitely would be in my top 100 songs ever.
2. Doomed - That’s The Spirit (2015)
"So leave the light on, I'm coming home, it's getting darker, but I'll carry on, the sun don't shine, but it never did and when it rains it fucking pours but I think I like it, and you know that I'm in love with the mess"
Here we go with the really personal commentary on these tracks. I had a really hard time with my top two picks because they both definitely mean a lot to me. Lots of relatable lyrical content with this pick. There is so much emotion in this song, and I honestly hear it every time I listen to this song. I scream every word of this song when I listen by myself. Also holy shit! What a fucking awesome way to start an album.
1. Happy Song - That’s The Spirit (2015)
"Don't wake us up we'd rather just keep dreamin' cause the nightmares in our heads are bad enough"
Here we go, number 1 is Happy Song. As someone who struggles with anxiety daily, I have looked to this song many times. Everything about this song, that guitar sound you could spot anywhere, the irony of the lyrics, the emotion filled choruses and don’t even get me start on the bridge into the end.
