"Switch-kun…" she starts but then interrupts herself, "Wait, I shouldn't be calling you that now that you're… should I?"

They stop again. He just waves dismissively.

"It can't be helped now, I guess… Too many people have got to know me as 'Switch' by now…" he trails off, and there's a weak, perhaps sheepish, smile on his face. He looks at her but then promptly turns away. His fingers tap frantically on his hip - perhaps he's just too used to typing on the laptop keyboard - as he seems to be gathering his thoughts. "But you can call me Kazuyoshi. If you want, that is."

She's taken aback by this and what it could possibly mean. 

"Kazuyoshi… -kun?" she gives it a try, and he looks at her in a mix of surprise and something else she's not used to seeing on his face. And perhaps she is somewhat like this too, uncertain yet, at the same time, excited? "Well... That will take time getting used to."

"Then why don't we start from scratch?" He turns to face her directly and bows his head. "Usui Kazuyoshi. Nice to meet you."

Momoka is lost for a moment but then mirrors the gesture.

"Kibitsu Momoka. Nice to meet you too."

After exchanging pleasantries, like they would have done were they meeting for the first time, they resume walking.

There's a question that occupies his mind, but Switch keeps tiptoeing around it. But finally, he gathers his courage to ask.

"Say, Kibitsu Momoka… Do you have a guy you like?" He's trying to look as nonchalant as possible. He has years of practice in suppressing his emotions so it should work.

"Hm… Let me think…"

When he dares to look at her, she's thoughtful. He tries to hide how eager he's to hear her answer.

"There's one person. He's smart, very tech-savvy, wears glasses…" 

Switch is trying to hide it, but he is listening intently, catching her every word.

"... he attends every one of my events…"

With every new bit of information he's daring to hope more. 

"... he's a middle-aged fan of mine."

Something drops inside his stomach. He lets out a breath he hasn't known he has been holding. But then he catches the mischievous glint in her eyes.

"Now you're just messing with me... aren't you?"

"Ma-a-a-ybe… Can't believe Himeko-oneesama came to this conclusion though." Momoka lets out a bit of a giggle, and he almost laughs himself.
