Outdoor and Pool Area The whitewashed walls of the garden keep you safe and secure from the outside world so you can lounge and rest at ease. There are luscious plants cascading down the same wall, or tropical flora growing on hotbeds bordering the villa boundary. Tall, palm trees cast their shade upon the grass to make for a nice spot for an unplanned nap. The 9-metre swimming pool is the crowning glory of the yard with its turquoise water, bordering pool deck, and sun chairs for sunbathing. In the corner of the garden, you will find an alfresco lounge with stone platform and cushioned seating featuring Aztec prints and a wall decorated with unique hats. Living Area A massive, traditional living rooms resides open-sided at Villa Madura featuring the most intriguing interiors all housed under an alang-alang ceiling adorned with intricate, crystal chandeliers. The tiled-floors are furnished with rattan sofas, hand-crafted coffee table, and local weaves. The entertainment console has a flat-screen TV and DVD player for your enjoyment. Each of the bedrooms is beautifully designed with wall murals, ornate doors, Balinese furniture, a Balinese platform bed in the master suite, and other stunning features. The master bedroom is the most spacious and is adjoined to the terrace with a queen bed that sits atop a wooden platform. Housed under a high-vaulted alang-alang ceiling, the bedroom features exclusive weaves and textiles, wicker buckets with cushions and throw blankets, and quality linen. There are gorgeous hanging lights on either side of the bed as well. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a large shower, unique framed-mirror, and natural stone basin. Our one bedroom, over-the-water bungalow is designed in the same style as all of our other villas. It is thoughtfully appointed with every imaginable comfort, custom-crafted furnishings and amenities. This unique bungalow is the most intimate, romantic and most popular accommodation on the island. Casa Ventanas is at the end of a dock that stretches over 150 feet off the island for the ultimate in privacy. Surrounded on all sides by the beautiful, turquoise blue Caribbean Sea, Casa Ventanas is a picture perfect window into the exotic water world of Belize. If a reservation is made within 120 days, Cayo Espanto will request that full payment be sent via overnight mail or an indisputable charge may be placed on an American Express, Master Card or Visa credit card. Full payment is due 120 days prior to date of reservation. Cancellation Policy All cancellations must be submitted in writing. A refund, less 20% of the Total Reservation Amount, will be given if a reservation is cancelled more than 120 days prior to reservation date. NO refunds are given if a reservation is cancelled less than 120 days prior to the reservation date. This policy is indisputable regardless of the reason for the cancellation. Cayo Espanto strongly suggests buying adequate travel insurance. Clients should make sure this insurance covers delayed/cancelled travel services, weather, health, family and personal related cancellations.
