Today, we're visiting Villa Helenka, a 1903 masterpiece by architect Alois Korda. This architectural pearl in the heart of the prestigious Malvazinky villa district in Prague is available for a company headquarters or luxurious private residence. 

Renovated in 2016, the 9bd, 9ba, 5fl. home has 600 m² / 6,458.35sqft of living space, and price is by offer. I would say at least $2m. This building is Art Nouveau style, which is rare. You hardly ever see Art Deco, let alone Art Nouveau.

The painting details on the exterior are exquisite.

The front entrance is up the stairs to this porch.

Then, enter a bright, spacious living room with herringbone parquet flooring.

This corner office is an example of the art nouveau windows and doors. I hope a corporation doesn't take it over and convert it to offices.

Look at the seating on the landing. It has wrought iron art nouveau design railings. We are on our way to the bedrooms.

Art nouveau is very fancy- look at that pole. The wall to the left looks kind of art deco. I wonder if the yellow penguin conveys.

Spacious bedroom features lovely murals.

A small vintage bath matches the art.

This bedroom isn't as large, but is long enough to fit a desk in the corner.

And, this room is used as a family room.

Or, you can just skip all of these floors and take the elevator up to the main living quarters.

Now, we've reached the surprising latest reno on the upper floor. I didn't expect anything so modern. Look at the floating fireplace.

It kind of reminds me of a ski chalet. Look at the built-in acrylic or glass under the fireplace. The ceilings and beams are amazing.

The actual kitchen is up here and it's very modern, with lots of storage and lots of beams.

The red stools are built in.

The bedroom up here is very modern.

That ladder is going up to the skylight.

And, look at this room.

Then, we're in a large office that is a very different style. This house is full of surprises.

This updated bath is a larger, modern shower room.
