✿ スージーハルワ | Suji Ka Halwa ・ハルヴァの名は「甘いもの」という意味のアラビア語に由来し、一説によると古代メソポタミア時代にはハルヴァの原形があったのだとか。長い年月をかけ、形を変えながら、各地に広まって行ったのですね。 ・「スージー・ハルワ」は、セモリナ粉にバターまたはギー、水または牛乳、砂糖、カルダモン、ナッツなどを加えて火にかけ、練り上げたもの。インドでは大変ポピュラーで、デザートやおやつとして食される他、お祝い事や神様へのお供え物にも用いられるそうです。
