there are days i’m just minding my own business and am pretty happy and proud with what i’ve achieved in life, when suddenly i am crushed by the memory of the short film i made with sulevi in high school, and it all comes back... the awkward gestures, the high-pitched voices, the matching outfits... and i am haunted once again by the mistakes of my past.

Has happened to me. Is shit. Had to apologize to a lot of people (we’re cool now). I think I might have an undiagnosed PTSD. Yay. Scream for a while, take a walk, spend one week in solitarity and it’ll start to feel better.

aw man, I'm sorry, that does sound terrible. jesus, as soon as I got to a private place I'd just. throw things around, bash my head against the door of my room and just collapsed on the floor, wailing and crying, it was so alien. I still feel pretty crap, but I hope I'll be able to talk about it with someone in an hour or so.

I'm just. I think I've had a rotten mood build up and it culminated in that fit of rage and whatever else. sighs.

edit: also it's pretty telling that I could only really "unleash" that shitty feeling once I was someplace private like my apartment, the place where there's people constantly, I'd just be irritated and antsy and feeling like throwing things around but not wanting to make a scene. sighs. I feel highly self-conscious about being a nuisance or inconvenience so that's not helped by having to spend time in a place where, outside of assigned tasks, I'd just be useless and not being able to do things I'd enjoy, other than play my 3DS or draw. bleh.
