Sullivan Jones is a pansexual Police Chief and some say they look awfully like Wentworth Miller. The human is 43 years old and have been said to be intelligent, insightful, manipulative and cruel. Rumors are that their power is life force manipulation and their faction is neutral. They are into discipline and knifeplay but not into scat or vore, identifying as a Dominant.
Please meet Annwn Cove’s Chief of Police.
How did a human become the Chief in a town of supernatural creatures and magically gifted humans you ask?
Oh let me tell you about my dear Sully.
Sullivan is the only child of a ruthless black widow. His mother was, to be frank, the only person Sullivan has ever loved. From her Sullivan learned at a young age that love was a weakness. Sullivan is many things, but he is never weak.
Sullivan’s magical gift is life force manipulation. He can quite literally drain the life and energy from a supernatural creature or human being. Of course, this only really works on young supernatural creatures. However, let’s be frank, they are the only idiots likely to ever get busted by something as mundane as the local police force.
This draining process will temporarily give Sullivan increased physical strength and mental acuity. It only lasts for a short period before the balance is restored. In humans, it is generally a few days before the energies realign. In supernatural creatures, it generally corrects itself in less than 24 hours. The older or more powerful the supernatural creature, the greater the initial boost but the faster the correction. But it is usually sufficient time to safely arrest or handle an individual.
In addition to his magical ability, Sullivan is also rather brilliant with great insight into others. However he has very little empathy.
He goes through periods of time where is almost fond of someone but it never lasts, never jumps that last hurdle from interest to genuine feeling.
Sullivan’s greatest life regret is that he did not live during a period when slavery was legal. He would love to own someone, body and soul. A personal housepet to use and break is his favourite personal fantasy.
Sullivan has never married, nor had a long term relationship.
People who meet him might think him quite lovely, if rather intense. He presents well and oddly, is quite good at his job. The Cove is always secure, he is generally respected by his officers and has strong professional relationships.
If every now and then some young person disappears from the cells and spends a few weeks at his mountain cabin, well, they are all still alive aren’t they? As far as anyone knows that is.
His favourite game in the world is to make a supernatural creature beg and whimper for him.
So far, Sullivan has not aligned himself, although you would think given his job he would favour peace.
Chaos serves him well and as long as conflicts erupt, he’ll never be out of work and few people will pay attention to what he is up to.
