Meet our new ice cream sandwich for our brunches. Turkish and Persian ice cream is chewy. We add even more texture to it with homemade helva foam and the crispy wafers! Chocolate sauce has a smoky Urfa pepper kick! Sorbet is sour cherry flavored! And yes, everything about this ice cream sandwich requires an exclamation mark!
