There's definitely a notable difference! The flavors are so much richer and the textures far better. It's pretty easy to find them if you check farmer's markets or fancier grocery stores (Whole Foods is always a good bet), just get a variety of small ones and see which you favor! I'll eat plates of them at a time, just sliced thick and sprinkled lightly with good salt. :9
