This is a market for your Sims visit and enjoy there time. They can buy vegetables, fish, flowers, fruits, toys and paintings or just have a drink or some snacks from the fish market. :) Big thanks to Origin User Emillson for providing the perfect fish stands! 🍵Little Tea Store + Flat 🍵

This is a tea store with a girly apartment above it. I was inspired by dollyxsimmer's Vivid Studios. The store includes CC. A full list can be found below. The apartment has no CC so if you want you could just make another store without the CC.The apartment is for a single sim, but if you switch the bedroom layout a little a couple could live here too. ''m currently taking part in a CAS challenge. One of the topics was "Gamer" and  I threw together some things to for a geeky looking room. It was honestly just the corner of a room. Instagram user episode.selena asked me it the room was up in the gallery. Since this never actually was a room I made one of it. I think it turned out awesome. I hope you like it too. This Japanese Garden Park is inspired by @simmdesign's Geisha Garden. Go check it out in her Gallery. I painted a Japanese Garden in TiltBrush once and I needed to build it in The Sims. Your Sims can to some yoga, meditate, play chess, paint, eat Japanese food or just relaxe. I used the animated Koi mod, the animated butterfly mod, some dragon flies and frogs. All created by @bakiegaming. The lot works fine without all of this though. Make sure to turn on the moveobjects cheat before placing. 🎉 Kids Room 🎉 I did not have the inspiration for a whole build so I made a room for a spoiled kid that gets everything it wants. This room is more expensive that a starter home. xD Make sure to turn on move objects before placing.

This is my build for yellow_plumbob's 'Bundel Build Challenge'. I had to pick 3 packs and make something out of it. I chose 'Get to Work', 'City Living' and 'Stranger Ville' to make this industrial build for a single sim. I used my CC free movie posters in this build. Here is an aquarium for your sims to visit. You will probably have to add some fishes. To add them to the big aquariums I hide some sized down aquariums in the stones. Add some fishes to them and make sure the aquariums are well hidden. Make sure to turn on move objects before placing.
