ended the quarter with straight A’s and secured a full time summer job that will turn into a part time job during the school year that pays well AND is in my field of interest!! going down to my apartment in July with ed and my friend, the summer is looking considerably less bleak than it did a few weeks ago and im really happy about it. 

also side note but if someone reaches out to you to make amends but also requests that you meet them halfway and acknowledge the hurt that you’ve caused them as well, take it. reconciliation and accountability are a two way street, especially if both of you actively contributed to it even if you think your intentions weren’t bad or malicious, or that they “deserved” it. if u instead choose to reject that offer and instead try to hide behind your perceived victimhood well....that really speaks volumes of your character. ig im just disappointed because i thought both of us were grown and mature enough to take responsibility for both of our actions but...i guess...not...lol. but either way i tried my best and i have a lot more going for me than the other party so i’m not too pressed about it.
