Reader Requests: Bright Button-Down Shirts for Summer
We have received a handful of requests for bright, lighter-weight, casual button-down shirts for summer. One of our favorites we came across is the eye-catching "Block Party" from Bonobos in extra-large gingham print. Made of a lightweight cotton poplin, it comes in three styles, each in two fits: blue/turquoise, blue/pink (below), and blue/green, in both standard and slim fits.
Any of these colors are a smart combination with jeans, cotton or linen pants and shorts, and even the in-between pants. If you really want the color to pop, pair them with solid white pants or shorts.
