The rain pattered against the top of his umbrella in a lovely maroon hue. The Weatherman was quite proud of his forecast for this particular rainstorm; he’d managed to predict the colors nearly perfectly. For a moment, he was tempted to lower his umbrella and listen to the softer shades of rain hitting the pavement and rooftops, but he was reluctant to walk all the way home soaking wet.

Through the sheets of rain, he spotted a figure. “Hello, are you alright?” he called out, nearly shouting in order to be heard.
