Coloring page commission we did for the library. The theme was "Unearth a Good Book," and the director said all the other libraries were doing dinosaurs, but she wanted something more focused on books. So we made the library's dragon mascot an archaeologist digging up books lol 🤷🏻‍♂️

Summer break is upon us!

This year, we're doing our Summer Reading Bingo a liiiitle differently! Our Bingo card has been modified to discourage any reading outside of school and to promote something else. Take a peek at the Bingo and don't forget to pick up your packet in person!

Do the summer reading program guys!! They have game boards for teens and kids and it has a list of cool activities to do too!

And at the library people really don't care what you're checking out, they just guess it's for someone you're picking stuff up for!

Children's room window display for June! Since this year's Summer Reading Program theme is "Color Our World" I used that as an excuse to lean into the rainbow motif with this one as well, framing it as a way to "create a sense of cohesion between the displays." Works subtly enough as a pride display as well, for any LGBTQIA+ / questioning kids that come in the room.
