Or else you have an allergic reaction down the entirety of your legs and your ankles swell up 🥲
And the itch is unbearable
things to do this summer *~-_.
wear disguises (those glasses with a beard and nose yk?) maybe at a restaurant and after you order your food take them off and confuse ur server
pretend to propose in public
just.. start screaming
go to a library and put little notes in the books maybe with a post it note
watch a court case (YES ITS FREE.)
hug a tree and talk to it, maybe drama or compliments.
go to a religious place and spend a day studying that religion
use randonautica
learn a language

**** Running Right Past (Steve/Eddie, 1,365 words, Not Rated)
Corroded Coffin finally had enough of their leader of the lost sheep and forced him into rehab. While in rehab, Eddie is back in Hawkins with his Uncle Wayne. That's when he falls into the habit of sitting on the stoop every morning smoking just so he can watch Steve Harrington run past him in ungodly short running shorts.
**** Lesser Cryptids of Northern Indiana (Gen, 3,005 words, T)
While Eddie is distracted by fables, a tree branch strikes him in the face, sharp as a knife’s edge. Drawn blood and the potential for a scar.
“Goddammit,” he exclaims loud enough to produce a disgruntled rustle from whatever creatures populate the canopy overhead. “I hate the fucking woods.”

Boy Don’t You Worry, You’ll Find Yourself (Steve/Eddie, 3,879 words, T)
Eddie nodded enthusiastically, dragging his knees up to his chest on his spot on the floor. “Come, Steve. Please? It’ll be fun.”
Steve glanced between the two of them, battling internal turmoil. “It’s ok, I don’t wanna…mess anything up.”
Wayne chuckled lightly. “It’s not a test or nothing, Steve. Come along, catch some fish, keep Eddie entertained. You’d be more than welcome.”
“Well…” Steve looked back to Eddie, where his boyfriend was digging his nails slightly into his leg now, watching him with imploring eyes. He wanted to say yes, he really did, but did they actually want him to come, or was Wayne just being polite?
“Stevie,” Eddie whispered, “say yes. It would make my day, seriously.”
Steve never could say no to him. He smiled, small and shy, and nodded. “Ok. If you’re sure. I’d…I’d like that.”

Steve joins Wayne and Eddie on their fishing trip. He and Wayne have a much-needed talk.
