How to Pretend it's Summer

Step One: turn up the heat, even if it's just a space heater in your bedroom, get it a little toasty in there.

Step Two: Put on shorts and a flipflops or a bathing suit.  Don't forget sunglasses.

Step Three: Rub sunscreen or tanning lotion all over you.  The smell will bring back thoughts of sunshine.

Step Four: Turn on an oscillating fan.  Once it's warm, you'll miss the breeze.

Step Five: Have a glass of Pink Lemonade with ice. 

Step Six:  Do something you associate with summer.  Re-read a book that you once read on the beach, or sort a sea shell collection.  I for one put Twister in the DVD player and watch on repeat until I'm sure a tornado is coming to get me. :D
