Open the front door et voila, you're at the beach. Wow, look at these walls.

Large living room with a vaulted ceiling. Looks like the brick on the fireplace matches the colors in the shiplap.

Large kitchen, too, but the lower cabinets look too DIY. I like the uppers, though, and the blue flooring.

Looks like they ran out of shiplap for bedroom #1. Is that the sea or the sky on ceiling?

The primary suite.

The primary ensuite. I don't care for the sink- amateur paint job and mismatched faucets. I'd paint it navy blue, fix the faucets and call it a day.

The 3rd bd. is a den. Interesting home.

The yard has been weeded and prepped for some new plantings. .38 acre lot.

Who doesn’t like blue, and since this home is in Florida it has a beachy theme, but the question is, Do you like big fish and you cannot lie? If so, you’ll love this 2001 home in Inlet Beach, Florida. It has 4bd  3.5ba & is listed for $2.290M.

Look at the walls in the living room- it’s an undersea fantasy. 

Look up, sharks are circling. I wonder if they convey. I mean, what good is the house if they don’t, right?

Open concept living room/kitchen layout. Like the light fixture over the island.

Like the blue cabinets and backsplash, plus the quartz island. More fish adorn the walls.

Love the lighting in the everyday dining nook.

This little house in La Conner, Washington is so cute. It looks like an obvious summer home, but I wonder if you can live there year round. According to the description, it has very efficient heat. The cabin only has 1 bdm., and is for sale for $399K. However, the land it’s on is leased, so you’re only getting the house.(You can’t get a loan against the house, either, if you ever need one.)

I love the decor, though. Isn’t this a pretty room? Beautiful view with so much natural light. 

It’s just so pretty. I would love to live here.

Look at the little display in the corner. I also like how they painted that oak table set white- I had one just like it. 

Well, I guess it is only a summer home, b/c I don’t see a stove. Disappointing.

There’s a wood heat stove in here. This seems like a spare room. 

Kind of a weird layout. Actually, they could’ve made a 2nd bdm. either in here, or they could’ve eliminated one of the baths.

Bedroom’s a little tight, but it’s cute.

There’s only 1 bdrm., but 2 baths, one right after the other. This one is so nice- love the ceiling.

Very nice deck in the back. It’s really cute.

Long path down the hill to the shore. 

And, look at the islands. Guess those aren’t for sale yet.

Woven Sea Pattern Stone Crab 2!

It’s stone crab season here in Florida. I love that these are sustainably harvested and that the claws grow back. Crabs naturally lose claws all of the time. The harvesters here are required to never take more than one claw per crab and then it’s returned to the ocean. I love their unique shape. This piece would look great in any home or office that wants a touch of the sea! Great for beach…
