The cumin and paprika flavors in this Latin-inspired burger go well with the juicy beef patties, making it a tasty take on the classic burger. It's great for a summer barbecue or any other casual meal.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/4 cup finely chopped onion. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tsp cumin powder. 1 tsp paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 hamburger buns. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. Lettuce leaves. Sliced tomatoes. Sliced red onion. Pickles. Mayonnaise. Ketchup.
Instructions: Ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, cumin powder, paprika, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl. Combine well. Split the mixture in half and shape each half into a burger patty. Warm up your grill or pan on the stove by setting it on medium-high heat. Put the burger patties on the grill or pan and cook them for four to five minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them. Cover each patty with a lid and put a slice of cheddar cheese on top in the last minute of cooking. This will melt the cheese. You can grill or toast the hamburger buns until they are lightly browned. Spread ketchup and mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun before putting the burgers together. Put in some pickles, sliced tomatoes, red onion, a burger patty with cheese on it, and lettuce leaves. Put the other half of the bun on top. Warm up the Latin Burgers and serve them with your favorite sides.
