For me its finding a holiday spot that fits adults and children alike . We went to the CBeebies Land Hotel Resort (Alton Towers) last week , situated in Staffordshire, England, near the village of Alton. The hotel is expensive for what it is from an adults perspective, we stayed for 3 nights in themed room ( octanauts) it’s between £350 to £400 for one night BUT the decor and the experience blew the kid's minds. The staff are wonderful. Even with the added COVID precautions and PPE, they still managed to put a smile on the children’s faces . The hotel room itself was extremely clean and the little one loved the carpets and the interactive play wall in the children’s sleeping area. The rooms are brilliant for young children. Breakfast was delicious in the windmill restaurant, music was loud but it does mask noisy kiddies! Found the food tasty and lots of options. Overall very pleased with the whole experience. In conjunction with our hotel stay we had booked tickets for 2 days at the Waterpark ( if you just want water fun then buy day pass for water park , amazing space for the children to explore the different water activities.) We also explored the theme park for two ( @altontowers )again you can go for day trip , theme park is for all ages , for young children there is the cebbies land park , I will share all the videos again in the stories so you can decide if it’s worth it for your kids age . To be fair Alton Towers does cater for all ages from young toddlers,to adults who enjoy the thrill of the rides or for the older generation who enjoy walking around the beautiful landscaped gardens .
